Return & Refund Policy

Because every wallet is handmade by me personally, I put a lot of care into each order before it leaves my hands. That said, I want to make sure you’re always taken care of.


✅ Eligible for refund or re-delivery:

Wrong item received If I accidentally sent you the wrong wallet, contact me with your order number and clear photos and I’ll fix it immediately.

Lost package If your tracking hasn’t updated in more than 15 days, your order may be considered lost and I’ll offer a refund or re-delivery.

Damaged on arrival If your wallet arrives damaged, please reach out within 3 days of delivery with photos or a short video showing the damage.


❌ Not eligible for refund or re-delivery:

  • You changed your mind after receiving it
  • Order already shipped and you want to cancel
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout or failed delivery due to recipient unavailability
  • Remote areas, islands, or restricted regions where shipping limitations apply
